Facilities designed to make your life easier
Covering 87,000 ft² over two levels, the Centrexpo Promutuel Assurance boasts modern and adaptable facilities, designed to provide a smooth and enjoyable experience. Its 60,000 ft² lobby, featuring a 30 ft ceiling, can accommodate 300 to 350 10 ft. x 10 ft. booths and is divided into three 20,000 ft² rooms, one of which can be converted into two spaces.
The signature lobby is 10,700 ft² and the upstairs meeting rooms have 10 ft ceilings.
Unloading and storage
We provide you with four loading docks to make the setup and teardown logistics easier. Two doors, 15 ft wide and 18 ft high, providing direct access to the exhibition halls, allow for a smooth arrival and departure. Nearby storage spaces with a total surface area of 6,500 ft² are also available.
Handling
Other services, such as a forklift, a scissor lift (Plafolift) or dollies, are available upon request.
